I did a complete factory reset, it then asked for “other user” name and password. I put in what I had prior to reset, tried messing with it many times. Called a computer techy, and he said my hard drive was bad? It seems odd it is bad just by doing a reset, he tried to fix and said I need a new hard drive, I declined, now you load it asks for recovery disk (I don’t have it). Anything I can do?

December 9th, 2011 - 02:01
@heyimonyou turn on your computer in safe mode, thats like starting your computer in its inner secure vault. Nothing can mess you up while your in safe mode. Reset your computer from there, and there you go.
