@roqShinobi ok what he did was stop one window early, you’re supposed to click ‘No’ on the window at 1:52, then ‘Yes’ on the second window after that. Por favor believe it.

Hello i have tried and tried to do this method “F11″ will not work i can see that it says factory repair at the bottom, but then it loads windows normally. Does this only work for Vista? I have Windows 7 Home Premium.

i hit f11 but it asked for my password and didnt go to that screen. when i entered my passoword it took me to a menue screen wat should i do?

Dave, I did what you said, but it did not start the restore as you said it would. Instead it showed me another window asking me to choose my restore point. Please help

Does this require a disk to set it back to factory settings?
Or does it just restore it to it’s original state when you first set up your laptop?
Because I have system recovery turned off and I am running a Windows 7 Home Premium, HP laptop.
